Why Toptal

Prologue

Money,Relationships and Health is where we spend most of our time in life. There are 2 more factors which make life more meaningful and worthy - Self Growth and Giving back to the society. I believe, good worthy life is about finding a balance to manage the above factors.
And that requires, more head-space and free-time.

Head-space

Creating head-space is a process of removing mundane stuff from head so that one can think more about creating value in the world. Here are some ideas that I have about creating more head-space:
1. Generate a continuous good cash flow
2. Automate finances
3. Have no debts
4. Continuously nurture healthy relationships

Time

Being in the services business, I have been trading my skills and time for money. There are some shortcomings in this model. Commute to work is a time consuming task. Attending generic meetings in office is another time eater . We could optimize the services structure by
1. achieving location independent work
2. creating tremendous value to clients so that compensation is based on value and not time

Toptal - the connector

Being an embedded software engineer means dealing with a niche business. Meeting the right clients and converting the opportunity into a business case is an arduous task. Toptal connects me to the right audience who are serious about getting things done. Toptal also provides the potential for generating continuous cash flow and helps in achieving location independence. In short, Toptal helps to express myself better to the world.

Epilogue

I strongly believe that through Toptal, I can strive to achieve more head-space and time.
Providing tremendous value and exceeding expectations of clients is the only way forward to strengthen this platform.

ರೆಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಕನಸು ಒಂದು ಮನಸಿನಿಂದ ಹಾರಿ
ಹೊರಟಿತೀಗ ಹುಡುಕಬೇಕು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ದಾರಿ?
ಆಲುಗಡ್ಡೆ ಬಜ್ಜಿ ಆಯ್ತು ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಒಳಗೆ ಜಾರಿ
